• Will not be used to obtain unauthorized access to any computer network or system.
• Will not be intentionally used to crash, slow down, or intentionally harm any computer system or network.
• Will not be used to harass, abuse, defame or threaten anyone or anything.
• Will not be used to promote participation in multi-level or pyramid marketing initiatives.
• Will not be used in furtherance of criminal activity of any kinds.
• Will not be accessed using any automated system or using repeated high spped requests. This ends up showing down the Service for all users and puts tremendous pressre on our servers.

Use Agreement

As a member ("registered") of the Proxy, you agree that:

• You will be received warning, notification, confirmation, verification, or any kinks of emails that this Proxy sents to inform you or to perform other tasks of tools for serving you better.
• You will be received news, announcements, updates of this Proxy.
• You will be received advertisement emails that provide by this Proxy for funding to keep this service always available to you and others.
• You will able to request us to close your account and destroy information that you share with us in case of you don't want to use our services or receive emails from us any more at anytime. We will try to respond to your request as soon as possible but sometime, it takes for a while.

• You are not under age of 13.
• Your IP address will be logged for web statistics, banning tasks and other administrative tasks.
• You will see or get ads in any kinds of ads (text ads, inline ads, pop up ads, pop under ads, adult ads, etc) that will be displayed for funding to keep this service always available to you and others.
• You will able request us to change ads that are not displayed irrelevantly for your age, your children, your favorites, etc.
• We will replace your IP address with the IP address of our server (the IP address "67.159.44.24") when you use this proxy to proxify web addresses.
• You use this service at your own risk.

This proxy use a free proxy software PHProxy provided as GPL (General Public License). The author(s) offer the software for free of charge and does not warrant anything. We offer this service for free of charge and do not warrant anything.

We are commited to protect the privacy of children. You should be aware that this proxy is not intended or designed to attract children under age of 13. We do not collect personally identifiable information from any persion we actually know is a child is under age of 13.

You will able to request us to lock web addresses that contain personally identifiable information about children. We willl try to respond to your request as soon as possible.

In case of we can request a website or a service remove personally identifiable information about children, we will not lock that web adressese.

etransporter.info and its owners, agencies, third-parties, employees, or anyone relate to this service are not responsible to any content, any documents, any videos, or anything you view, download, upload, transfer, transmit or other actions from proxified page, proxified files, proxified content or proxified anything. You use this service at your own risk.
